* Before using always test for color fastness by applying in a hidden area.
* Do not apply sanitizers or disinfectants on surface 6 hours before or after treatment with Odor & Stain Elminator.
Mattress Mix 5 cups warm water to 1 cup Unique Odor & Stain Eater. Pour onto mattress and let soak into stain or odor area. Cover with a damp, white cotton towel and keep wet until the stains and odors are gone. Let dry.
Carpet Cleaning:
Carpet Extractors
Put only hot water in the extractor and pull out as much of the stain as possible. Then fill the extractor again with very warm water and 4 oz. of Unique Odor & Stain Eater for each gallon of water. Do not pull out all of the water from the carpet. Leave the carpet damp and put damp towels over the areas where there is odor. Leave towels overnight then remove and let area dry naturally.
Small Areas
For small stains and odors premix in a spray bottle 5 cups warm water to 1 cup Unique Odor Stain & Eater and apply directly to stain. Do not mix more than will be used in 14 days.
Large Areas & Old Problems
Mix 5 cups warm water with 1 cup Unique Odor & Stain Eater. Pour or spray over entire area, letting soak into carpet and pad. Cover with damp, white cotton towel and keep damp until odor and stain are gone.
Laundry
Pour Unique Odor & Stain Eater full strength directly on stains. Put garments into a pan of very warm water. Soak several hours then wash normally in washing machine.
Bathrooms
Premix 1 cup Unique Odor & Stain Eater with 5 cups very warm water in a spray bottle. Spray toilet and surrounding area and keep moist for a short time.
Ready To Use Directions - Shake Well:
Stains and Odors Pour over odor or stain area. Let soak into carpet and pad to sub floor then cover with damp white cotton cloth. The area may need to be kept damp for several hours depending on the amount of odor in the area. You may get a heavy ammonia smell if there is a lot of urine. If this happens, repeat the process once or twice every twelve hours until odor is gone. Do not let dry until odor is gone.
